Hey Ich heiße David und suche einen Mitbewohner für meine große Altbauwohnung
Das Zimmer liegt zum Garten. Es hat eine hohe Decke und Holzfußboden und ist ruhig.
Dazu teilen wir uns das große Wohnzimmer und eine moderne Einbau-Wohnküche.
Die alten Backsteinhäuser am Alsterwanderweg sind nur wenige Minuten von S und U-Bahn
Ohlsdorf entfernt. Es gibt ein großes Hallenbad und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.
Zum Flughafen ist es nur eine Station.
Ich beende gerade meine Ausbildung im Hotelfach und bin deswegen in manchen Wochen im Schichtbetrieb. Das Zimmer ist erstmal für 6 Monate befristet, damit man sich kennenlernen kann mit der Option dieses zu verlängern. Bei Bedarf können einige Möbel gestellt werden.
