Ich vermiete zwei aneinanderliegende Zimmer a 12qm unbefristet ab dem 1.4.
Deine Zimmer sind beide zum Hinterhof gelegen und ruhig. Ebenfalls vorhanden ist eine geräumige Küche und ein Bad mit Waschmaschine und separierterm WC.
WLAN Anschluss für 22 EUR extra vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist mitten im Grindelviertel und U und Bus Stationen sind jeweils 5 Minuten entfernt.
Ich bin Rentnerin und verbringe im Sommer viel Zeit in meinem eigenen Schrebergarten. Ich wünsche mir trotz der Konstruktion einer Zweck-WG ein offenes und friedvolles Zusammenwohnen.
