Erstbezug Möbliertes Altbauzimmer

Hallo liebe Interessenten,

wir sind ein junges Ehepaar (beide 33 Jahre), welches die Mietwohnung über der eigenen Wohnung gemietet hat, um 'mehr Raum' zu haben.

Diese Wohnung hat drei Zimmer. Ein Zimmer nutzen wir als Büro. In einem Zimmer wirst du wohnen (das Zimmer auf den Fotos). Und das dritte Zimmer ist unser Gästezimmer (allerdings haben wir nur 4x/Jahr Gäste zur Übernachtung).

Im Büro sind wir 'nur' tagsüber, dh morgens und abends hast du die Wohnung / Sanitäranlagen für dich alleine ... :) Da unsere eigene Küche doch sehr klein ist, würden wir, wenn wir Gäste haben, oben in der WG-Wohnung mit Freunden essen. Das kommt (leider nur) 1x/Monat vor und Du wärst natürlich, bei Interesse, immer eingeladen :)

Da wir doch tagsüber die Sanitäranlagen und Küche mit dir teilen, wäre es uns wichtig, dass du ordentlich und sauber bist. Wir sind nämlich selbst sehr ordentlich und sauber. Zudem suchen wir vorrangig eine MitbewohnerIN, da wir beide als Studenten in vielen WGs gelebt haben und beide mit männlichen Mitbewohnern bzgl. Sauberkeit/Ordnung keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht haben.

Zu guter Letzt würden wir uns als sehr herzliche, kontaktfreudige Menschen beschreiben. Wir erhoffen uns schon eine 'familiäre' Atmosphäre in der WG, wenn du aber lieber alleine / zurückgezogen bist, ist das natürlich auch völlig ok für uns!

Wir leben beide seit 10 Jahren in Hamburg, zeigen dir sehr gerne die Stadt und können dir auch ganz viele Tipps geben, um eine gute Zeit in Hamburg zu haben.

Hello dear interested parties,

we are a young couple (both 33 years) who rented the apartment above our own apartment to have 'more space'.

This apartment has three rooms. We use one room as an office. In one room you will live (the room on the photos). And the third room is our guest room (but we have guests only 4x/year for overnight stays).

In the office we are 'only' during the day, i.e. in the morning and in the evening you have the apartment / sanitary facilities for yourself ... :) Since our own kitchen is very small, we would eat upstairs in the shared apartment, if we have guests. This happens (unfortunately only) 1x / month and you would of course always invited if interested, :)

Since we share the sanitary facilities and kitchen with you during the day, it would be important to us that you are neat and clean. We are very neat and clean ourselves. In addition, we are looking primarily for a female roommate, since we both have lived as students in many shared apartments and both have not made good experiences with male roommates regarding cleanliness / order.

Last but not least, we would describe ourselves as very warm, outgoing people. We are hoping for a 'family' atmosphere in the WG, but if you prefer to be alone / secluded, that is of course also completely ok for us!

We both live for 10 years in Hamburg, show you very happy the city and can also give you lots of tips to have a good time in Hamburg.
