We can talk again about the exact time. You can get the room fully furnished. Also the apartment is fully equipped so you don't have to worry about anything. The furniture in my room includes cabinet, mirror, bed, desk, chair, dresser, carpet, mirror and lamps. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a quietly located back house.

Auch die Wohnung ist bereits vollständig ausgestattet, sodass du dich um nichts weiter kümmern musst. Die Möbel in meinem Zimmer beinhalten Schrank, Spiegel, Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommode, Teppich, Spiegel und Lampen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in einem ruhig gelegenen Hinterhaus.

I'm looking for one or a working roommate. I am self-employed and definitely don't look for a party couple. I am exhausted with work, sports and everyday life and looking forward to a relaxed conversation, also with cooking or similar or not :). what you want and how your life is going, it can work. Just sign up and we'll quickly determine how it fits. You'd share the apartment with my two dear roommates. Although we are all very often on the go, we still attach great importance to spending time together. Nevertheless, everyone can always retreat. We'll change with cleaning every week, i.e. you'll be on the line every three weeks. You will certainly not be bored here. :
Ich suche einen oder eine berufstätige Mitbewohner/in. Ichbin selbst berufstätig und suche definitiv keine Party-People. Ich bin ausgelastet mit Arbeit, Sport und dem Alltag und freue mich auf ein lockeres Gespräch, gern auch mal zusammen Kochen oder Ähnliches oder auch nicht :). was du willst und wie dein Leben läuft, dann kann das klappen. Melde dich einfach und wir stellen schnell fest, wie es passt. Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit meinen zwei lieben Mitbewohnern teilen. Obwohl wir alle sehr oft unterwegs sind legen wir dennoch Wert darauf Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Dennoch kann sich natürlich jeder immer zurückziehen. Wir wechseln uns wöchentlich mit dem Putzen ab, dh. du wärst alle drei Wochen einmal an der Reihe. Dir wird hier sicherlich nicht langweilig. :)
