Das Zimmer (ca 20 qm) ist zum Hinterhof ruhig gelegen. Auf dem Foto sind noch Möbel zu sehen, die beim Auszug entfernt werden. Zur Mitbenutzung (neben Küche, Toilette und Bad) gibt es noch ein Abstellzimmer, in dem Kleidung oder auch Sportsachen gelagert werden können.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Rendsburgerstraße, einer kleinen Einbahnstraße. Mitten in St. Pauli, aber sehr ruhig. Zu Fuß sind es 5 Min. zur Reeperbahn und zum Millerntor, und 10 Min. zur Schanze.
Ihr werdet zusammen mit Andi (m., 60 J., selbstst. Physiotherapeut) wohnen. Ihr solltet die übliche WG-Erfahrung mitbringen und Eure wildesten Party-Zeiten hinter Euch haben. Meldet Euch einfach und wir schauen ob das passt.
