Hello everyone, we are looking for a new flatmate in our apartment on Markstraße 38, starting next 1 november, 1 minute by walk from Feldstraße station (St Pauli) and 4 min from Mesehallen.
We are 1 spanish and 1 italian colleagues who are working here, the room is completely furnished, the house is big and has a very nice and fully equipped kitchen, the lavatory has washing machine and dryer.
We have been living in this flat for already 3 years, the area is really nice, with an Edeka and an Aldi less than 5 min walking from home, really well connected by bus or metro, 20 min from here to Altona station and 15 min to HBF (central station).
The price for the room is 640€ per month with everything (internet as well) included, the deposit is 640€.
Anyone interested can send me a message and we can arrange a visit to see the apartment and the room in person.
