You walk on foot 5min to the shoulder leaf, so in the middle of the action you are still completely quiet here in the street.

Man läuft zu Fuß 5min zum Schulterblatt, ist also mitten im Geschehen aber trotzdem total ruhig hier in der Straße.

I'm Luna, 26 years old, studying and working as a working student. As my roommate goes to Thailand for a semester abroad, we will have a room free. I live with Christian, whose room is free. We would then have to look for a third person who fits well into our WG and wants to share a relaxed and respectful home with us.

The apartment is a classic old building, so quite bright. We are both relatively much on the move – for example, Christian plays piano again and again, and I have a screen carrier machine that I like to use. So if you're one of the people who have a lot of chatting or calling in the evening, this might not be the best place for you, because we both have regular working hours and we're happy to rest after the evening.
Otherwise I like to have friends cook there and also on the go.

What is important to us: We have a cleaning plan that we hold on to, and it is generally important that the apartment remains clean and tidy. Consideration and respectful handling are therefore very important to us so that everyone feels comfortable.

Ich bin Luna, 26 Jahre alt, studiere und arbeite nebenbei als Werkstudentin. Da mein Mitbewohner bald für ein Auslandssemester nach Thailand geht, wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei. Aktuell wohne ich mit Christian zusammen, dessen Zimmer frei wird. Wir müssten dann noch eine dritte Person suchen, die gut in unsere WG passt und Lust hat, mit uns ein entspanntes und respektvolles Zuhause zu teilen.

Die Wohnung ist ein klassischer Altbau, also recht hellhörig. Wir sind beide relativ viel unterwegs – Christian spielt zum Beispiel immer wieder Klavier, und ich hab eine Siebträgermaschine, die ich gern benutze. Wenn du also zu den Leuten gehörst, die abends viel zocken oder telefonieren, wäre das hier vielleicht nicht der beste Platz für dich, weil wir beide geregelte Arbeitszeiten haben und nach Feierabend gerne Ruhe haben.
Ansonsten hab ich gerne Freund*innen zum kochen da und auch sonst gerne unterwegs.

Was uns auch wichtig ist: Wir haben einen Putzplan, an den wir uns halten, und es ist uns generell wichtig, dass die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich bleibt. Rücksichtnahme und ein respektvoller Umgang sind uns daher sehr wichtig, damit sich alle wohlfühlen.

For some purchased items you would have to pay Christian 100€ discount.
Otherwise, the room is limited to 1 year, as we do not yet know whether we can extend the apartment. We'll find out.

Please only apply upwards from 25 years since we are all now out of study/training.

There would also be the possibility for someone who might work at home office or an office needs to rent both rooms directly. Then we'd live there for two. Then it would be 1000 euros for you.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert und die Möbel müssen drinne bleiben. Ein Schreibtisch müsstest du dir selbst besorgen.
Für einige angeschaffte Gegenstände müsstest du Christian 100€ Abschlag zahlen.
Ansonsten ist das Zimmer erstmal auf 1 Jahr befristet, da wir noch nicht wissen, ob wir die Wohnung verlängern können. Das erfahren wir aber dann.

Bitte erst ab 25 Jahre aufwärts bewerben, da wir doch alle mittlerweile raus sind aus Studium/Ausbildung.

Es gäbe auch die Möglichkeit für jemandem, der vielleicht im Homeoffice arbeitet oder ein Büro braucht direkt beide Zimmer anzumieten. Dann würden wir dort zu 2. wohnen. Dann wären es aber 1000 Euro für dich.
