Since I'm unfortunately moving out of my beautiful old building room, I'm looking for a rental company for 1 June 2025! Room is empty from 20.5. so you can also get out!
The room is 21 m^2 large, with high walls, beautiful wooden floor and huge window. The room is already furnished by the landlord, equipped with 1,20s bed frame, night box, wardrobe, desk incl. Desk chair and carpets.
I would also be happy if the post-booker would take over my large IKEA storage cabinet and the delivery box to the desk - both NEW since November from IKEA (new price 220€)
Deletion for both 150€.
In addition to the own room there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a toilet, as well as washing machine and dryer for shared use.
The Wg lies in the 1st floor of a house and thus also has a small front garden.

Da ich leider aus meinem wunderschönen Altbau-Zimmer ausziehe, suche ich für 1.Juni 2025 eine Nachmieterin! Zimmer ist ab 20.5. leerstehend, also gerne auch schon ab da!
Das Zimmer ist 21 m^2 groß, mit hohen Wänden, schönem Holzboden und riesigem Fenster. Das Zimmer ist bereits vom Vermieter möbliert, ausgestattet mit 1,20er Bettgestell, Nachtkästchen, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch inkl. Schreibtischstuhl und Teppichen.
Ich würde mich auch freuen wenn die Nachmieterin meinen großen IKEA-Bücherschrank und den Beistellkasten zum Schreibtisch übernehmen würde - beide NEU seit November von IKEA (Neupreis 220€)
Ablöse für beides 150€.
Neben dem eigenen Zimmer gibt es noch eine vollausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein WC, sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner zum Mitbenutzen.
Die Wg liegt im 1.Stock eines Hauses und hat somit auch einen kleinen Vorgarten.
The house is super situated: In a quieter single-family house environment, directly adjacent to the rapid happening. The S1 and U1 wall beer Chaussee can be reached in 5 minutes. There are also numerous supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Edeka), restaurants and shops. 10-15 walking distance is a huge shopping center with cinema, Thalia, H&M etc.
By train you can easily reach the city centre, the Alster and the main railway station. The airport is also reachable from the S-Bahn station in only 15 minutes.
Das Haus liegt super gelegen: In einer ruhigeren Einfamilienhäuser-Gegend, direkt angrenzend an das rasche Geschehen. Die S1 und U1 Wandsbeker Chaussee sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Dort befinden sich auch zahlreiche Supermärkte (Aldi, Rewe, Edeka), Restaurants und Geschäfte. 10-15 Fußweg entfernt ist ein riesen Einkaufcenter mit Kino, Thalia, H&M usw.
Mit der Bahn ist man schnell in der Innenstadt, an der Alster und am Hauptbahnhof. Auch der Flughafen ist von der S-Bahn Station in nur 15 min zu erreichen.

The Wg is not a purpose Wg, but also no party Wg. The roommates enjoy their own life, but there are numerous conversations in the kitchen.
The weekends are usually spent at home with painting, reading, cooking or puzzles. Under the week it is also rather quiet, next to university and work is also made a lot of sport.
One of the two roommates studied, the other works full-time, so our rhythms are very different.
Cleanliness and communication are important:)
In der 3er Wg würdest du zu 2 Frauen (19&25) dazukommen.
Die Wg ist keine Zweck-Wg, jedoch auch keine Party Wg. Die Mitbewohner genießen ihr eigenes Leben, aber es gibt zahlreiche Gespräche in der Küche.
Meistens werden die Wochenenden gemütlich zuhause mit Malen, Lesen, Kochen oder Puzzlen verbracht. Unter der Woche ist es auch eher ruhig, neben Uni und Arbeit wird auch viel Sport gemacht.
Eine von beiden Mitbewohnerinnen studiert, die andere arbeitet Vollzeit, also unsere Rhythmen sind sehr unterschiedlich.
Sauberkeit und Kommunikation sind wichtig :)
