It is a very nice location, close to the city. The flatmates you don't even notice them. Two of them don't use the kitchen and you don't feel they live here. The toilet is separated from the shower room. You don't have to clean the common areas because there is a cleaning lady comes every Friday.
Please be clean and calm.
Just to remind you, this is a temporary room for one month or 1.5 months as I am visiting my family.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Lage, nahe der Stadt. Die Mitbewohner nimmt man gar nicht wahr. Zwei von ihnen benutzen die Küche nicht und man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass sie hier wohnen. Die Toilette ist vom Duschraum getrennt. Man muss die Gemeinschaftsräume nicht putzen, weil jeden Freitag eine Putzfrau kommt.
Bitte seien Sie sauber und ruhig.
Ich möchte Sie nur daran erinnern, dass dies ein vorübergehendes Zimmer für einen Monat oder 1.5 Monate (dann 700 euro) ist, da ich meine Familie besuche.
