Hallo, ich (männlich, 21 Jahre) suche einen Mitbewohner/eine Mitbewohnerin zum 01.01.2022, voraussichtlich 6 Monate. Biete ein WG-Zimmer in Hamburg Winterhude, nähe Stadtpark und Winterhuder Marktplatz. Tolle Wohngegend, mit supa öffentlicher Verkehrsanbindung. Helles, ruhiges Zimmer (nicht möbiliert) mit ca. 16 qm zu vergeben. Altbau mit Holzfußboden, Badewanne im Bad, großes gemeinsames WG-Wohnzimmer (ca. 20 pm), Küche und Bad normale Ausstattung. Klar, sitze ich auch gerne mal zum Kochen oder für ein Bier/Wein zusammen.
Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße raus und diese ist eine ruhige Sackgasse.
Es gibt einen großen Hinterhof, der als Garten genutzt werden kann.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls groß und hell.
Bis zur U-Bahn geht man 3 Minuten.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kleine Cafés und Kneipen.
Momentan bin ich auf Dart gekommen und baue das Kochen ebenfalls aus. Ansonsten bin ich von Montag bis Freitag viel beruflich unterwegs. Bin selbst in Winterhude groß geworden und habe noch viele Freunde in näherer Umgebung, die sagen von mir, dass ich nett, zuverlässig und hunorvoll bin;)
