Ich biete an, die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im angegebenen Zeitraum für 2-3 Tage mit mir zu teilen (kein Privatzimmer). Falls du einen Kurztrip nach Hamburg planst und einen guten und günstigen Schlafplatz brauchst, ist das ideal.
Die besteht aus einer Wohnküche und einem Badezimmer. Die Einbauküche verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank und alles was sonst noch notwendig ist für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Als Schlafmöglichkeit steht eine Schlafcouch (120 x 200cm) im Wohnbereich zur Verfügung, also kein Privatzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über WLAN, einen Fernseher gibt es nicht. Das Badezimmer ist groß und verfügt über eine geräumige Dusche. Bettwäsche wird von mir bereitgestellt, Handtücher bitte mitbringen.
Falls du mehr sehen und wissen möchtest, können wir gerne einen Videocall machen.

Shared flat is available in the above mentioned time for 2-3 days.
It consists of a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The fitted kitchen has a large refrigerator and everything else that is necessary for a short stay. A sofa bed (120 x 200cm) is located in the living area. The flat has Wi-Fi, there is no TV. The bathroom is large and has a spacious shower. Bed linen are provided by me. Please bring your own towel.
You will share the flat with me. If you come to visit Hamburg for the weekend and just need a nice place to stay, this might be a good option for you.
ÖPNV-Anbindungen (S-Bahn-Station Langenfelde und die U-Bahn Lutterothstraße und Osterstraße) sind nicht weit entfernt. Zudem gibt es mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe des Langenfelder Damms.

Public transport connections, the Langenfelde S-Bahn station and the Lutterothstraße and Osterstraße underground stations are not far away. There are also several bus stops near Langenfelder Damm.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung in der Zeit mit mir. Ich arbeite von zuhause und bin deshalb die meiste Zeit anwesend. Nach der Arbeit bin ich aber auch gerne draußen unterwegs.
Alles weitere können wir gerne im Chat oder bei einem Videocall besprechen :) so lassen sich die meisten Fragen schnell klären.
Die Wohnung ist 6 Nächte (27.09. - 03.10.) verfügbar. Auch weniger Tage sind möglich. Ich bevorzuge den Kontakt über WG-gesucht, deshalb gerne die Nachrichten-Funktion von WG-gesucht nutzen. FLINTA-Personen werden bevorzugt angenommen.
50€ pro Nacht + 30€ Reinigungsgebühr.
