The apartment is super central – just a few minutes walk from Altona Train Station. Supermarkets, numerous cafés and restaurants, doctors, gyms and shops can be reached in a few minutes. There is a bus stop right outside the door.
The sunny balcony and the quiet location in the courtyard are particularly beautiful. The spacious kitchen has a cosy seating area and is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
Since I am often on the go I will use the apartment very rarely. For me, it would be mainly a quiet accommodation for occasional stays.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Altona entfernt. Supermärkte, zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants, Ärzte, Fitnessstudios und Geschäfte sind in paar Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Bus Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür.
Besonders schön ist der sonnige Balkon und die ruhige Lage im Innenhof. Die großzügige Wohnküche lädt mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke zum Verweilen ein und ist voll ausgestattet: Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden.
Da ich oft Geschäftlich unterwegs bin werde ich die Wohnung sehr selten nutzen. Sie wäre für mich hauptsächlich eine ruhige Unterkunft für gelegentliche Aufenthalte.
