Das freie Zimmer verfügt über ein Fenster sowieso zwei Dachfenster und ist dadurch schön belichtet.
Außerdem verfügen wir über ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer und ein Abstellzimmer.
In circa 5min Fußweg erreichst du die nächste Bushaltestelle (Linie 6 und 17). Von dort aus bist du in circa 10min am Hauptbahnhof.
Außerdem bist du nach circa 10min Fußweg bei der U-Bahn Station Mundsburg.
Hallo ihr Lieben,
zum 01.09.23 suche ich einen neuen Mitbewohner/ neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere schöne Altbauwohnung im Stadtteil Uhlenhorst. Du wohnst somit nicht mal 500m entfernt von der Alster, ruhig und gemütlich umgeben von Einkaufsgelegenheiten, Restaurants und Cafés.
Zu mir: Ich bin berufstätig, arbeite sowohl im Homeoffice als auch im Büro vor Ort. Ich wohne nun seit circa vier Jahren im schönen Hamburg. Für die WG ist mir ein entspanntes Zusammenleben wichtig. Ich freue mich über gemeinsame abendliche Spaziergange, sportliche Aktivitäten, Restaurantbesuche. Da ich beruflich aber sehr eingespannt bin, ist es mir genauso wichtig, dass sich jeder seine Ruhe nehmen kann. Alles kann, nichts muss.
