da meine langjährige Mitbewohnerin auszieht, suche ich eine Nachmieterin für meine schöne, helle 3 Zimmer Wohnung im Eisendorf/Harburg.
Das Zimmer ist groß, mit einem breiten sonnigen Balkon und liegt zur Gartenseite, daher ist auch ruhig. Ist voll möbliert und wird auch so vermietet.
Einzug ist auch ab dem 15.05. möglich. Mietdauer kann auch bei Bedarf verlängert werden.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, und aller möglichen Küchen- und Bad- Zubehör ist vorhanden. Einen großen Keller steht auch zur Verfügung.
Zur Lage:
Ruhige Seitenstraße.
Nächste Bushaltestelle - 3 Min zu Fuß
Harburger Innenstadt und die S-Bahn Harburg Rathaus - 3 Min mit dem Bus
TUHH - 5 Min zu Fuß
Parkanlage - 5 Min zu Fuß
Alles was man sonst braucht: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Post, Bank, Kino, Restaurants findest Du direkt ums Eck.
Perfekt auch für die Fahrrad-Ausflüge geeignet.
Ich habe in der Wohnung immer als WG gelebt und es hat perfekt funktioniert.
Bin 33 Jahre alt, berufstätig, treibe viel Sport, fahre gerne mit dem Fahrrad, klettere und bin viel unterwegs.
Für mich ist wichtig, dass das Zwischenmenschliche harmoniert. Ich bin offen, kommunikativ und unkompliziert. Schätze Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit und suche jemandem, wer auch so ist.
