The room is rented unfurnished and is located to the street - but the road is currently less busy.

Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet und liegt zur Straße - die Straße wird allerdings derzeit weniger befahren.
We are only five minutes away from the Berliner Tor (U3, S1, S21 U4, U2 etc.), so very well connected. The apartment is almost on the border of St. Georg, so you only need 10/15 minutes walk to the Langen Reihe or to the Alster. The apartment is special, because it lies between offices and a conference room, so that we do not have neighbors after 5 pm and on weekends :)
But even from the offices you get 95% of the time. You can finally say that we don't have neighbors
Wir sind nur fünf Minuten vom Berliner Tor entfernt (U3, S1, S21 U4, U2 etc.), also sehr gut angebunden. Die Wohnung liegt fast auf der Grenze von St. Georg, so dass man nur 10/15 Minuten zu Fuß zur Langen Reihe oder zur Alster benötigt. Die Wohnung ist etwas speziell, da sie zwischen Büros und einem Konferenzraum liegt, so dass wir nach 17 Uhr und an Wochenenden keine Nachbarn haben :)
Aber auch von den Büros bekommt man 95% der Zeit nichts mit. Man kann schlussendlich sagen, dass wir keine Nachbarn haben
Instead of a long description of what we do and how we live, here are some interesting things to know about us (Michi, Mona and Calvin) and the WG:
- Michi is an engineer, Mona is a set-up director at the film and Calvin is working on sustainability and supply chains - so we are all in professional life
- sports (climbing, football, surfing, skate)
- South Pole, corners and good wine
- We are open and tolerant
- like games/ or cooking evenings veggie
- no purpose WG
- Fireplace
- large living room with large balcony or Loggia; the WG is a total of 153qm:)
- 2 bathrooms
- Dart disc
- The WG has existed for 12 years, so a good coexistence is put on

Anstatt einer langen Beschreibung dessen, was wir tun und wie wir leben, hier eher ein paar interessante Dinge, die man über uns (Michi, Mona und Calvin) und die WG wissen sollte:
- Michi ist Ingenieur, Mona ist Setaufnahmeleiterin beim Film und Calvin arbeitet zu Nachhaltigkeit und Lieferketten - wir stehen also alle im Berufsleben
- sportlich unterwegs (klettern, Fußball, surfen, skaten)
- Südpol, cornern und guter Wein
- Wir sind aufgeschlossen und tolerant
- mögen Spiele-/ oder Kochabende veggie
- keine Zweck-WG
- Kamin
- großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon bzw. Loggia; die WG ist insgesamt 153qm groß:)
- 2 Badezimmer
- Dartscheibe
- Die WG existiert schon seit 12 Jahren, also auf ein gutes Miteinander wird wert gelegt
Ich hoffe, dass du eine gute Vorstellung davon hast, wie es sein könnte, bei uns zu Wohnen
There is also a basement compartment where you could put unnecessary kram. Otherwise, the WG is quite well equipped.
Ein Kellerabteil gibt es auch, wo du unnötigen kram unterbringen könntest. Ansonsten ist die WG ziemlich gut ausgestattet.
