Refund of the final cleaning fee with own cleaning including washing and ironing of the laundry used.
Refund of the security deposit with correct return (up to 4 weeks after withdrawal)
The intake is possible daily from 7 a.m. and extraction until 7 p.m. (= 2 days).
Cancellation costs up to 7 days before arrival 100 €
Cancellation period at any time without reason up to 14 days at the end of the month (rent and landlord)

Der Einzug ist täglich ab 7 Uhr und Auszug bis 19 Uhr möglich (= 2 Tage).
