as my roommate pulls out, a room is released in our cozy WG! So I'm looking for a new roommate who likes a relaxed and friendly life.
The room is larger by its 2 floors than it works (about 12sqm per floor). However, the attic has some roof slopes, especially on the upper floor, which gives the room a certain charm.
My present roommate leaves some of his furniture (bed and two benches) in the room included in the price of the detachment agreement.
The kitchen is small, but offers everything you need.
Plus point in the kitchen is definitely a new and spacious refrigerator with large freezer, as well as built-in water dispenser.
The takeover fee for the refrigerator, as well as for the washing machine in the bathroom, are also included in the detachment agreement, i.e. a total of 600 €.

Hey ihr Lieben,
da mein Mitbewohner auszieht, wird in unserer gemütlichen WG ein Zimmer frei! Ich suche daher eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in, der/die Lust auf ein entspanntes und freundschaftliches Zusammenleben hat.
Das Zimmer ist durch seine 2 Etagen größer als es wirkt (etwa 12qm pro Etage). Durch das Dachgeschoss hat man aber natürlich einige Dachschrägen, insbesondere in der oberen Etage, was dem Zimmer einen gewissen Charme verleiht.
Mein jetziger Mitbewohner lässt einige seiner Möbel (Bett und zwei Bänke) in dem Zimmer, die mit in dem Preis der Ablösevereinbarung inbegriffen sind.
Die Küche ist klein, bietet aber alles, was man so braucht.
Pluspunkt in der Küche ist definitiv ein neuer und geräumiger Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach, sowie eingebautem Wasserspender.
Die Übernahmegebühr für den Kühlschrank, sowie für die Waschmaschine im Bad, sind ebenfalls in der Ablösevereinbarung enthalten, also insgesamt stolze 600 €.

The apartment is quietly located in the attic of a multi-family house in Ziegelhausen. The house also includes a garden that invites you to grill and be outside in the summer.
The bus stop "Steinbacher Tal" is right around the corner (2 minutes walk). By bus you can reach the Bismarckplatz and the Neuenheimer Feld within 20 minutes. The route is also good to handle by bike in 25 minutes.
In 8 minutes you reach the Edeka in Ziegelhausen, where you get everything important. Otherwise there is a little distance also a big rewe.
From the apartment you get to the nature for walking or hiking in the forest. Very close to the indoor swimming pool Kopfl (850m).

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses in Ziegelhausen. Zum Haus gehört auch noch ein Garten, der gerade im Sommer zum Grillen und draußen Sein einlädt.
Die Bushaltestelle "Steinbacher Tal" ist direkt um die Ecke (2 Minuten Fußweg). Mit dem Bus ist man innerhalb von ca 20 Minuten am Bismarckplatz und auch im Neuenheimer Feld. Die Strecke ist aber auch gut mit dem Fahrrad in 25 Minuten zu bewältigen.
In 8 Minuten Laufweg erreicht man den Edeka in Ziegelhausen, wo man eigentlich alles Wichtige bekommt. Ansonsten gibt es ein wenig entfernt auch noch einen großen Rewe.
Von der Wohnung aus kommt man schnell in die Natur zum Spazierengehen oder Wandern im Wald. Ganz in der Nähe ist auch das Hallenbad Köpfel (850m).

Moin, ich bin Rebekka (22 Jahre) und komme quasi als Mitbewohner zu der Wohnung dazu ;)
Ich studiere seit einem halben Jahr in Heidelberg (Physik Master), bin also auch noch nicht so lange hier. Tagsüber bin ich meistens in der Uni, aber Abends dann gerne zu Hause, wo ich für einen spontanen Schnack in der Küche eigentlich immer zu haben bin.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn man als WG ab und an mal was gemeinsam macht (kochen, was spielen, Filmabend, etc.), insgesamt ist das WG leben in der 2er WG aber recht offen. Wichtig ist für mich, dass sich alle in der Wohnung zu Hause und wohlfühlen. Daher ist mir ein gewisses Maß an Ordnung und Sauberkeit nicht ganz unwichtig.

Hey! I'm Rebekka, 22 years old, and I kind of come as part of the deal with the apartment ;)
I've been studying Physics (Master's) in Heidelberg for about half a year now, so I’m still fairly new to the city. During the day, I’m usually at university, but in the evenings, I like to be at home – always up for a spontaneous chat in the kitchen.
I’d love it if we could occasionally do things together as a WG (cooking, playing games, etc.), but overall, living together in this 2-person WG is pretty relaxed and flexible. The most important thing for me is that everyone feels at home and comfortable in the apartment. That’s why a certain level of cleanliness and tidiness is also important to me.
