Die gesamte Wohnung ist 65,4 m² groß und besteht aus drei Zimmern, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche sowie einem Badezimmer, das letztes Jahr komplett renoviert wurde. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Keller mit zusätzlichem Kühlschrank, Gefriertruhe und Waschmaschine.
