14 m² Ehrenfelder WG-Zimmer

Hallo zusammen,
in unserer schönen Ehrenfelder-WG mit wunderbarem Balkon wird ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer: ist 14 m² groß, schön geschnitten und hell. Es soll insgesamt 386€ Miete kosten.
Die Wohnung: ist insgesamt 120 m² groß und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben so braucht: zwei Bädern, einem Abstellraum, einem Keller, einem Garten zur Mitbenutzung, einer großen Küche, in der man gut zusammensitzen kann und einem Topbalkon mit Südlage, der im Frühjahr liebevoll bepflanzt wird und über den Sommer als Wohnzimmer mit Freiluftatmosphäre dient.
Die Lage: Die Haltestelle Nußbaumerstr. (Linien 5 und 13) ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Umkreis gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kiosks, Cafés, Restaurants, Kneipen und den wunderschönen Blücherpark. Den Bahnhof Ehrenfeld erreicht man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten.

Wir sind: Kathi, Elias, Anna, alle um die 30 Jahre alt, Kostümassistentin, Sozialarbeiter (nebenberuflich Kölns bester DJ) und Psychotherapeutin.
Elias mag: Kuchen, elektronische Tanzmusik, Filme gucken und ins Kino gehen, Quatsch und Schabernack, intensive Gespräche über Essen und Restaurants, Menschen die sich und das Leben nicht zu ernst nehmen, Kuchen und vieles vieles mehr!
Wir mögen: Kochen und Essen, Gesellschaftsspiele, im Park abhängen, auf unserem Balkon frühstücken, plaudern, Musik hören, Tischtennis und anderen Sport (mag Elias nicht), den See, Karneval, Fahrrad fahren, Pflanzen, die Ehrenfelder Abend- und Tanzkultur…

Was wir in der WG nicht haben wollen: Menschenfeindliche, liberale und rechte Gesinnung a la CDU, FDP oder Schlimmeres.

Hi everyone,
in our beautiful WG in Ehrenfeld with a wonderful balcony, a room is becoming available!
The room is 14 m² in size, nicely arranged and bright. The total rent is 386€.
The apartment itself is 120 m² in total and equipped with everything you need to live comfortably: two bathrooms, a storage room, a cellar, a shared garden, a large kitchen where people can sit together comfortably, and a top balcony with a southern exposure that is lovingly planted in the spring and serves as a living room with an open-air atmosphere over the summer.
The location is great: the Nußbaumerstr. stop (lines 5 and 13) is just a few minutes by foot. In the surrounding area, there are several shopping options, kiosks, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and the magnificent Blücherpark. The Ehrenfeld train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

We are Kathi, Elias, and Anna, all of us are around 30 years old and working as a costume assistant, social worker (who is also Cologne's best DJ), and a psychotherapist. Elias likes cake, electronic dance music, watching movies and going to the cinema, joking around, and having intense conversations about food and restaurants, people who don't take themselves or life too seriously, among many other things! We enjoy cooking and eating, playing games, hanging out in the park, having breakfast on the balcony, chatting, listening to music, playing table tennis and other sports (which Elias isn't as fond of), going to the lake, celebrating Carnival (Elias is slowly adapting), riding bikes, nurturing plants, indulging in the evening and dance culture of Ehrenfeld, and so much more.

What we don't want in the WG: people who are hostile and having a right-leaning mindset like the CDU, FDP, or worse.
