The room: is 14 m2 large, cozy and bright with views of the green balcony. It should cost a total of 388€ rent.
The apartment: is a total of 121 m2 and is equipped with everything you need for life: two bathrooms, a storage room, a cellar, a garden for shared use, a large kitchen where you can sit well together and a top balcony with south facing position, which is planted lovingly in spring and serves as a living room with open air atmosphere over the summer.
Location: Nußbaumerstr. (lines 5 and 13) can be reached in a few minutes walk. There are several shops, kiosks, cafés, restaurants, pubs and the beautiful Blücherpark. Ehrenfeld Train Station is 15 minutes' walk away.
We are: Theresa, Elias, Anna, all from 30 years old, almost finished psychotherapist (on weekends behind the bar), social workers (next professional Cologne's best DJ) and child and youth psychotherapist.

in unserer schönen Ehrenfelder-WG mit wunderbarem Balkon wird ein Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer: ist 14 m² groß, gemütlich und hell mit Blick auf den grünen Balkon. Es soll insgesamt 388€ Miete kosten.
Die Wohnung: ist insgesamt 121 m² groß und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben so braucht: zwei Bädern, einem Abstellraum, einem Keller, einem Garten zur Mitbenutzung, einer großen Küche, in der man gut zusammensitzen kann und einem Topbalkon mit Südlage, der im Frühjahr liebevoll bepflanzt wird und über den Sommer als Wohnzimmer mit Freiluftatmosphäre dient.
Die Lage: Die Haltestelle Nußbaumerstr. (Linien 5 und 13) ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Umkreis gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kiosks, Cafés, Restaurants, Kneipen und den wunderschönen Blücherpark. Den Bahnhof Ehrenfeld erreicht man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten.
Wir sind: Theresa, Elias, Anna, alle ab 30 Jahre alt, fast fertige Psychotherapeutin (am Wochenende hinter der Bar), Sozialarbeiter (nebenberuflich Kölns bester DJ) und Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapeutin.
