The room is approx. 20 square meters. In addition, there is north-east facing balcony.
In the warm rent (590€) already included are electricity, heating and water costs, so you don't need to pay these separately.
The apartment is rented out furnished as pictured above. All of these things in the room are included in the rent: a large wardrobe, a boxspring bed (with mattress), two armchairs, 1 pedestal fan, and 2 side tables.
In addition to the above, some extra furniture/equipment can be taken over from me (the current tenant) as follows (optional):

- IKEA RENBERGET chair (with floor protection pad KOLON): 40€

The apartment is located directly next to the U-Bahn station Venloer Straße/Gürtel. Bahnhof Ehrenfeld is 2 minutes on foot. So the location is very central. Places such the central station, the university, and Neumark can be reached within 10 minutes.
The Ehrenfeld district is known for its lively environment and its variety of trendy bars and pubs as well as restaurants and theaters.
Due to the numerous service offers and shopping opportunities in the area, everyday needs can be met very easily.
The bathroom and the kitchen area are shared with two other people: William and Ramazan. It can be a mixed gender flatshare or an all-male one, it doesn't really matter. A girl was previously living in one of the rooms. The flatmates are nice and peaceful. We don't hang out much because of our busy schedules. But there is good understanding among us and I never had any complaints with them.
The cleaning of shared spaces is taken care of by cleaning service personnel so you don't have to worry about it.
The landlord requires Schufa (request now) and proof of income (last 3 salary slips). If you are a student, then a document such as Elternbürgschaft would be needed.
Feel free to send me a message and suggest timeslots for viewing the place. Ideal for me would be weekends or after 6pm Monday to Friday. But we can also arrange other times if needed.
