Furnished 16sqm room on the 1st floor with shared use of the bathroom on the 1st floor in a nice 150sqm terraced house with living room, kitchen, laundry and garden use. Large living room with parquet and tiled fireplace and flat screen TV with satellite and music system with access to the garden with garden table, garden chairs, barbecue.

Location
Supermarkets and bakeries and a few restaurants are nearby. Transport links to the motorway and bus line 132 to RONDORF are very good. Via public transport it takes about 30 minutes to the cathedral / cologne main station. Free parking is provided. The house is just a 15-minute walk from the international St. George's school.

Roommates
Shared house from the homeowner (German, GB, FR, ES, NL speaking) and his 3 tenants which are a German roommate (GB and German speaking), a Turkish roommate (Turkish & GB and limited German speaking) and an Indian roommate (GB speaking), he is the one who will move out and his room will become available. Everyone has their own space but if you want to have a coffee, beer or cook together we are happy to join you.
