The ÖPNV (line 7) is about 100 m and about 250 m to the Rhine bank. To the city centre via the Deutzer Bridge it takes about 7 minutes by bike or train. Shopping (Lidl or Deutzer Freedom) is also very close.
There are parking options in front of the house, with connection directly to the Deutzer Distributor/Ring and then to the motorways 4 and 559.
Zur ÖPNV (Linie 7) sind es rund 100 m und zum Rheinufer etwa 250 m. Zur Innenstadt über die Deutzer Brücke braucht es etwa 7 Minuten mit Fahrrad oder Bahn. Einkaufen (Lidl oder Deutzer Freiheit) ist auch alles sehr nah.
