In our WG will become 01.11. two large rooms free.
We are looking for two new roommates.
It's a foursome WG. If you are looking for a quiet WG with a nice coexistence, but everyone respects the privacy of others, you are right with us.
The apartment is located in the popular and quiet part of Lövenich. The S-Bahn, which offers a direct connection to Ehrenfeld, Hansaring and to the Cologne Hbf, Köln Messe and Flughafen Köln/Bonn, is within walking distance.
It is a furnished room with bed, wardrobe, sideboard, sofa and coffee table, where everything you need for life is available. You just need to move in.
The kitchen is shared and equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and a small table. There are also dishes and cutlery as well as pots.
The shared bathroom has a bathtub. There is also a guest toilet.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The additional costs include DSL access (flatrate) and heating costs.
The electricity is charged after consumption (not included in the additional costs; about 25€ per month).
Smoking is expressly undesirable in the WG.
You can best get your own picture of the apartment during a visit.

Es handelt sich um eine Vierer-WG. Wenn du eine ruhige WG suchst mit einem netten Miteinander, in der aber jeder die Privatsphäre der anderen respektiert, bist du bei uns richtig.
Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten und ruhigen Stadtteil Lövenich. Die S-Bahn, die eine direkte Anbindung nach Ehrenfeld, Hansaring sowie an den Kölner Hbf, Köln Messe und Flughafen Köln/Bonn bietet, ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
Es handelt sich um ein möbliertes Zimmer mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Sideboard, Sofa und Couchtisch, in dem alles vorhanden ist, was man zum Leben braucht. Ihr braucht nur noch einzuziehen.
Die Küche wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt und ist ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und einem kleinen Tisch. Zudem sind Geschirr und Besteck sowie Töpfe vorhanden.
Das ebenfalls gemeinschaftlich genutzte Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste-WC.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock. In den Nebenkosten sind der DSL-Zugang (Flatrat) sowie die Heizkosten enthalten.
Der Strom wird nach Verbrauch abgerechnet (nicht in den Nebenkosten enthalten; ungefähr 25€ pro Monat).
Rauchen ist in der WG ausdrücklich nicht erwünscht.
Am besten verschafft ihr euch bei einer Besichtigung ein eigenes Bild von der Wohnung.
The apartment is located in the beautiful and quiet part of Cologne-Lövenich in Cologne West with good access to the city. The S-Bahn station is within walking distance in 8 minutes and offers a S-Bahn to Ehrenfeld (2 stations) to the Cologne Hbf (4 stations), Köln Messe (5 stations) or the airport.
There are supermarkets, the shopping mall "Rheincenter", bakers and restaurants in walking surroundings.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen und ruhigen Stadtteil Köln-Lövenich im Köln Westen mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt. Die S-Bahn Station ist fußläufig in 8 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet eine S-Bahn nach Ehrenfeld (2 Stationen) zum Kölner Hbf (4 Stationen), Köln Messe (5 Stationen) oder dem Flughafen.
Es gibt Supermärkte, das Einkaufszeitrum "Rheincenter", Bäcker und Restaurants in fußläufiger Umgebung.
