Ab dem 1. Januar wird in unserer 3-Personen-WG in Köln-Sürth ein Zimmer frei. (English version below 🇬🇧)

Wir sind Safiyya (23, University Management & Make-up Artist), Christa (31, Projektmanagerin) und Elisabeth, Bankkauffrau in Ausbildung – sie zieht aus. Und natürlich unsere vierte Mitbewohnerin, unsere Katze Inaara, in die du dich garantiert schnell verlieben wirst. 🐈‍⬛

Christa kommt ursprünglich aus den USA. Obwohl sie etwas Deutsch spricht, würden wir in der Wohnung gerne überwiegend Englisch sprechen und suchen jemanden, der sich damit wohlfühlt. ✨ Safiyya spricht natürlich auch fließen deutsch 🙈

Das Zimmer ist 12,62 m² groß und kostet 530 € pro Monat, inklusive Nebenkosten, Strom/Gas und Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 900 € (bitte bei Zusage mit dem Vermieter abklären). Elisabeth würde gerne ihren Schrank für 90 € an die neue Person weitergeben – er ist in gutem Zustand.

Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt neben mehreren Künstlerateliers, was dem Viertel eine kreative und lebendige Atmosphäre verleiht. Hier finden regelmäßig Konzerte, Sommerfeste, Design-Märkte und Weihnachtsmärkte statt – wirklich schön, wenn man Kultur und Gemeinschaft mag. 🎨✨

Bei uns gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze und wir haben wirklich sehr nette Nachbarn, was das Zusammenleben hier besonders angenehm macht.

Die Wohnung liegt außerdem direkt an einem Kindergarten-Spielplatz. Tagsüber kann es dort durch spielende Kinder lebhafter werden, aber nachts ist es meistens ruhig und gemütlich. Dein Zimmer hat ein bodentiefes Fenster mit Blick auf einen großen Baum, den Parkplatz und einen Teil des Spielplatzes. 🌳

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich: Lidl, Edeka, Aldi und Rewe erreichst du schnell mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad. Zu Fuß dauert es etwas länger, aber wir fahren auch gerne mal gemeinsam, wenn es passt. 🚗😊

Unsere WG hat insgesamt 3,5 Zimmer auf ca. 70 m². Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist das große Wohnküchenzimmer, von dem alle Zimmer abgehen. Hier befinden sich auch der Zugang zur Terrasse und ein kleiner Flur mit Garderobe.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet – inkl. Geschirrspüler und großem Kühlschrank.

Das Bad ist groß, hell, hat ein großes Fenster, eine Badewanne/Dusche und eine Waschmaschine. Ein Kellerraum ist nicht vorhanden.

A room in our 3-person shared apartment in Cologne-Sürth will be available starting January 1.

You would be living with Safiyya (23, University Management & Make-up Artist), Christa (31, Project Manager), and Elisabeth, a trainee bank clerk who is moving out. And of course our fourth roommate, our cat Inaara, who you will surely fall in love with very quickly. 🐈‍⬛

Christa is originally from the USA. Although she speaks some German, we would like to speak mostly English in the flat and we are looking for someone who is comfortable with that. ✨

The room is 12.62 m² and the monthly rent is €530, including utilities, electricity/gas, and internet. The deposit is €900 (to be confirmed with the landlord upon acceptance). Elisabeth would like to sell her wardrobe for €90; it is in good condition.

Our apartment is located right next to several artist studios, giving the neighborhood a creative and vibrant atmosphere. Throughout the year, there are regular concerts, summer festivals, design markets, and Christmas markets happening nearby – perfect if you enjoy culture and community. 🎨🎶✨

There are free parking spaces in the area and we have truly kind and friendly neighbors, which makes living here very pleasant.

The apartment is also located directly next to a kindergarten playground. It can be lively during the day while the children are playing, but it is usually peaceful and cozy at night. The room features a large floor-to-ceiling window with a view of a beautiful tree, the parking area, and part of the playground. 🌳

There are plenty of supermarkets nearby: Lidl, Edeka, Aldi, and Rewe are easy to reach by car or bike. Walking is possible as well, and we sometimes go shopping together if it fits. 🚗😊

The entire shared apartment has 3.5 rooms and about 70 m². The heart of the flat is the large kitchen-living room, from which all rooms are accessible, including the terrace and a small hallway with a coat rack.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a large fridge.

The bathroom is bright and spacious with a large window, bathtub/shower, and an in-flat washing machine. There is no basement storage.

Die Wohngemeinschaft befindet sich auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen Wachsfabrik und liegt im ersten Stock über der Kindertagesstätte. In der Umgebung gibt es viel Grünfläche, das Kunstzentrum Wachsfabrik, ein Café auf dem Gelände und Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.
In der Nähe befindet sich der Forstbotanische Garten, der sich ideal zum Spazierengehen, Joggen usw. eignet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt: Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, IKEA, OBI usw.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Michaelshoven, ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

The shared apartment is located on the grounds of the former Wachsfabrik and is on the first floor above a daycare center. There is plenty of green space around, the Wachsfabrik art center, a café on the grounds, and parking right outside the door. Nearby is the Forest Botanical Garden, which is perfect for walking, jogging, etc. Shopping facilities are also not far away: Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, IKEA, OBI, etc.
The closest tram station, Michaelshoven, is a 10 minute walk away.
