I offer my large, bright room (24m2) in our cozy 3rd-WG on the lively railroad road for intermediate rental (01.06.2025 – 30.09.2025).

The room is comfortably furnished and has a great view of the lively street. The apartment also has a large bathroom with bathtub, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room, and a sunny balcony, which invites you to relax hours. You live together with two friendly and uncomplicated roommates, bringing openness and humor into the common living situation. The location of the apartment is ideal to experience an international environment and taste delicious food from different kitchens close to the barrel. There are also some cosy cafés nearby. The apartment is also close to the main railway station, which can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, or in a few minutes by tram. The rent is 460€/month in which all additional costs are included.

Äxel, (24) begins his first semester as a master student in physics. It is an uncomplicated and accessible type that enjoys good conversations with a coffee. He likes to drink mocha / Turkish coffee, so we always have some in our kitchen, so you may have a cup together. Äxel also likes to dance Breakdance, so don't be surprised when you see him practice some impressive moves in the apartment.

Joscha, (25) studies geography in the last semester. It is grounded and open-minded and has a green thumb that brings our apartment to flower with plants. Joscha likes to go to the gym and boulder. He also relaxes on our balcony, which is an ideal place to tell stories and enjoy the view.

Of course, you can decide if you prefer to enjoy your evenings or spend together with Axle and Joscha. If it suits time, the two like to do something – be it cozy at home or on a small trip to the city.

The room is furnished and cozy and has a cool street view. Our apartment features a large bathroom with a bathtub, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room and a sunny balcony perfect for relaxing hours. You'd be living with two friendly and easygoing roommates who bring a sense of openness and humour to the shared living situation. The rent is 460 euros per month, which includes all utilities. The location of the flat is ideal for experiencing an international environment and trying nice food from various cuisines within walking distance. There are some nice and chill cafes close to it, as well. So, it is close to the main station where you could get there in around 15 minutes on foot or, tilting, use the tram lines 1,3.8.

Äxel, (24) is starting his first semester as a Master's student in Physics. He's an easy-going and approachable guy who enjoys good conversations over coffee. He enjoys Mokka / Turkish coffee, and we always have some in our kitchen, so maybe you can share a cup together. Äxel so enjoys breakdancing, so, don't be surprised if you see him practicing some impressive moves around the flat.

Joscha, (25) is in his final semester of studying Geography. He's grounded and open-minded, with a green thumb that keeps our flat thriving with plants. Joscha frequently visits the gym and goes bouldering, and he likes to relax on our balcony which is an ideal place to share stories and enjoy the view.

Our flat offers an open and welcoming environment. Please feel free to be yourself here. You can choose whether you want to donate your evenings alone or with Äxel and Joscha. If your schedules are compatible, they could be willing to hang out, whether in the flat or somewhere in the city together.

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen großartigen Blick auf die belebte Straße. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, sowie einen sonnigen Balkon, der zu entspannten Stunden einlädt. Du wohnst zusammen mit zwei freundlichen und unkomplizierten Mitbewohnern, die Offenheit und Humor in die gemeinsame Wohnsituation einbringen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, um ein internationales Umfeld zu erleben und leckeres Essen aus verschiedenen Küchen in Laufnähe zu probieren. In der Nähe gibt es auch einige gemütliche Cafés. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, den man in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann, oder in wenigen Minuten mit der Straßenbahn. Die Miete beträgt 460€/Monat, in der alle Nebenkosten enthalten sind.

Joscha geht gerne ins Fitnessstudio und zum Bouldern. Außerdem entspannt er sich gerne auf unserem Balkon, der ein idealer Ort ist, um Geschichten zu erzählen und die Aussicht zu genießen.

Du kannst natürlich selbst entscheiden, ob du deine Abende lieber für dich genießen oder gemeinsam mit Äxel und Joscha verbringen möchtest. Wenn es zeitlich passt, unternehmen die beiden gern etwas – sei es gemütlich zu Hause oder bei einem kleinen Ausflug in die Stadt.
