Rebekka moved out a week ago and Joseph and I are now looking for a:n sweete:n post-rent:in, it is now available!
The room is 18 sqm. The three large windows go north and east, making the room beautifully sun-filled in the morning and in the morning, and the rest of the day is always very bright. The unusual cut (six-sided) invites you to make your room creative according to your own wishes.
Otherwise there is a very large hallway that also functions as a dining room. Josph and I have a great desire to make the hall really cool and cozy so we can chill out more :) this also affects kitchen and bathroom, but most of the hall should get a glow up. So we'd be happy if you're motivated and willing to help. Thirdly, slles is ready in time for summer :)
Kitchen and bathroom are typical old building with white tiles. So, if you like old building, I guess you fit in here. The bathroom even has a bathtub!

Das Zimmer ist 18 qm groß. Die drei großen Fenster gehen nach Norden und Osten, wodurch das Zimmer am Morgen und Vormittags wunderschön sonnendurchflutet ist und es auch den Rest des Tages immer sehr hell ist. Der ungewöhnliche Schnitt (sechseckig) lädt dich ein, dein Zimmer kreativ nach deinen eigenen Wünschen zu gestalten.
Ansonsten gibt es einen sehr großen Flur, der auch als Esszimmer fungiert. Josph und ich haben ganz dolle Lust, den Flur richtig cool und cozy zu gestalten damit wir da mehr chillen können :) das betrifft auch Küche und Bad, aber am meisten soll der Flur ein glow up bekommen. Wir würden uns also dolle freuen, wenn du auch motiviert bist und lust hast mitzugestalten. Zu dritt ist dann slles ganz fix rechtzeitig zum Sommer fertig :)
Küche und Bad sind typisch Altbau mit weissen Fliesen. Also wenn du Altbau magst dann passte hier wohl gut rein! Das Bad hat sogar eine Badewanne!
Thanks to the location directly on the Riebeckstraße, you are within a short time at the next stop (max. 5min to Tram 4, Bus 70 and 60, 10min to Tram 15, 15 minutes to the S-Bahn). You can also get to the city centre within a quarter of an hour by bike. A rewe can be reached within 5 minutes, otherwise there are also Kaufland and Aldi nearby. On the Riebeckstraße there are various restaurants that invite to dinner and a few bars (e.g. the regular bar or slabs!)
Dank der Lage direkt an der Riebeckstraße bist du innerhalb kürzester Zeit an der nächsten Haltestelle (max. 5min zur Tram 4, Bus 70 und 60, 10min zur Tram 15, 15 Minuten zur S-Bahn). Auch mit dem Rad kommt man innerhalb von einer Viertelstunde in die Innenstadt. Ein Rewe ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar, ansonsten gibt es auch Kaufland und Aldi in der Nähe. Auf der Riebeckstraße gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, die zum Essen gehen einladen und ein paar Bars (zB die Stammbar oder Bämme!)
A little to us:
Joseph is a musician and knows supi in the Arab techno scene. So it's not a surprise that he likes to raven herehi. Otherwise you can laugh very well with Joseph and he is a generous type.
I'm Amina and I'm just studying cultural studies in the second semester. I like to dance super, bake and cook (let me look forward to someone who also likes sweet cooking evenings!) and also make music (guitar and piano).
Otherwise I like journal and also like to go raven or experience with friends culture. However, I’m also easy to have for yapping sessions and definitely also need my me time at home.
We both have a lot of visits, snuck with each other, let's eat or do something spontaneously (which unfortunately still happens very often because we are sometimes in Berlin).
Since this is our home, it should also remain a safe space, so no judgy people (homophobic, sexist, racist, etc.). We are both left, have oriental roots (Palästina and Syria) and I am queer. Just fyi :D
Ein bisschen zu uns:
Joseph ist Musiker und kennt sich supi in der arabischen Techno Szene aus. Ist also keine Überraschung, dass er auch gerne raven geht hihi. Ansonsten kann man mit Joseph sehr gut lachen und er ist ein grosszügiger Typ.
Ich bin Amina und studiere grade Kulturwissenschaften im zweiten Semester. Ich tanze super gerne, backe und koche gern (würd mich pber jemanden freuen, der auch mal Lust auf sweete Kochabende hat!) und mache auch Musik (Gitarre und Klavier).
Ansonsten journal ich gern und gehe auch gern raven oder mit friends Kultur erleben. Bin allerdings auch einfach für yapping sessions zu haben und brauche defintiv auch mal meine me time zuhause.
Wir haben beide sehr oft Besuch, schnacken mit einander, teilen mal essen oder unternehmen spontan was (das kam leider noch nciht zuu oft vor, weil wir manchmal in Berlin sind).
Da das unser zuhause ist, soll es auch ein safe space bleiben, also keine judgy people (homophob, sexistisch, rassistisch, etc.). Wir sind beide links, haben orientalische Wurzeln (Palästina und Syrien) und ich bin queer. Just fyi :D
