Das Zimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über ein großes Fenster, das sich zum Innehof hin öffnet, sodass du auch viel Licht und Sonne bekommst. Das Zimmer wird teilweise möbliert sein. Den Schreibtischstuhl, Schreibtisch, die Matraze und das Bett lässt meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin zurück, die nach Großbritannien zurückgeht. Die Möbelstücke sind so gut wie neu. Deshalb liege die Abschlagsumme bei 442€.
You room is spacious, very calm and has a big window which goes out to the courtyard, so that you get sunlight. The room will be partly furnished. The current roommate will let thee chair, desk, mattress and bed in the room because she goes back to the UK. Furniture is almost new, you could therefore buy them for 442 euros.
Zum Rest der Wohnung: Küche sowie Bad sind beide mit großen Fenstern (bzw. Tür zum Balkon) versehen und alle weiteren Essentials vorhanden. Großer Pluspunkt ist der Balkon, auf dem du dir bereits in den Morgenstunden gediegen die Sonne auf den Bauch scheinen lassen kannst. Des Weiteren sind ein Keller sowie eine Abstellkammer im Treppenhaus vorhanden.
The other parts of the apartment : the kitchen and bathroom have big windows and are furnished. The cool part is the balcony, where you can enjoy the sun when the weather gets better. There is also a cellar in the house if you need.
Der entspannte Südwesten Leipzigs bietet dir viele Möglichkeiten.
Die Könneritzstr. bietet dir zahlreiche Cafés, Imbisse und kleinere Läden zum Verweilen.
Mit den Linien 1 und 2 (Haltestelle Stieglitzstr. auf der Könneritzstr.) kommst du schnell ins Zentrum oder in den Osten.
Außerdem ist die Umgebung sehr grün und im Sommer hast du es nicht weit bis zum Cospudener See.

Zu deiner Mitbewohnerin: Ich heiße Bérénice, bin 20 Jahre alt, halb Französin, halb Deutsche und bin in Frankreich aufgewachsen. Ich studiere gerade Politikwissenschaften in Frankreich und bin für mein Erasmusjahr hier in Leipzig. Was mich angeht würde ich mich als eine kommunikative, neugierige und emotionale Person beschreiben. Ich singe und spiele sehr gerne Gitarre und tanze auch gerne. Allgemein interessiere ich mich sehr für Kunst, gehe gerne Fahrradfahren und verbringe viel Zeit in den schönen Parks von Leipzig. Ich unterhalte mich auch sehr oft über politische Themen, unter anderem Feminismus und soziale Themen.
Mir sind im WG-Leben vor allem Kommunikation und Respekt wichtig damit alles gut läuft. Wenn du Lust hast, können wir miteinander gerne kochen, Musik hören oder spielen oder lange diskutieren. Es ist keine Party WG, mehr ein Ort wo man ruhig leben kann, auch wenn es manchmal Musik gibt und Freunde zu Besuch kommen. Ein gutes Gleichgewicht zwischen Alleine-Zeit, Ruhe und schöner Zeit miteinander ist für mich sehr wichtig :)
My name is Bérénice, I am 20 years old, half French, half German and I grew up in France. I currently study political science in France and came here for Erasmus. I would say I am a communicative, curious and emotional person. I really like to sing, play the guitar and dance. Overall I am really into art, riding my bicycle and spend time in nature. I like to talk about politics, feminism and other social matters.
For me, communication and respect are core elements to have a nice flatshare experience. I you want, we could cook together, listen or play some music. It is not a party flatshare, more of a place to rest, even though sometimes there is music or friends who come over. A good equilibrium between alone time and nice time with others is important to me :)
Ich, Ansgar, bin zur Zeit auf Auslandsaufenthalt und komme im Sommer nach Leipzig zurück. Ihr werdet also zu zweit sein.
I, Ansgar, am currently abroad and come back in the summer to Leipzig. That means the two of us would live in the appartment.
