da ich im Sommer leider Leipzig verlassen muss, wird in unserer WG ein Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG eines sanierten Altbaus mit hohen Decken. Von dem Flur gehen die drei WG-Zimmer, das Bad und die Küche ab. Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden und es gibt einen kleinen Hinterhof, in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst.
Das Zimmer ist ca 10 m² groß (ca. 2m*5m) und besitzt ein Fenster zur Westseite, sodass man auch noch Abends die Sonne genießen kann. Zugegeben es ist etwas klein, aber durch die hohen Decken habe ich mich hier immer wohl gefühlt. Das Fenster befindet sich zum Innenhof, darum ist es die meiste Zeit auch angenehm ruhig und du kannst auch bei offenem Fenster arbeiten. Im Flur steht ein großer Schrank, in dem ich Jacken, Bettwäsche und Wintersachen aufbewahrt habe. Ich würde den gerne da lassen. Die restlichen Möbel nehme ich alle mit.
In der Miete sind bereits Strom- und Wasserkosten sowie der Internetvertrag von Telekom und die GEZ-Gebühren enthalten.

Due to the fact that I have to leave Leipzig in summer there will be free room in our WG,
The flat is on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building with high ceilings. The hallway leads to the three rooms, the bathroom and the kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine are available and there is a small backyard where you can park your bike.
The room is 10 m² and has a window towards the west, allowing you to enjoy the sun even in the evening time. The room is only 10 m² but due to the high ceiling I always felt comfortable. The window leads towards the backyard therefore it is always quiet and you can even work or sleep with an open window.
The room will not be furnished.
The rent already includes electricity and water costs as well as the internet contract from Telekom and the GEZ fees.
Nur vier Minuten zu Fuß von der Karli entfernt, findest du in direkter Nähe alles, was dein Herz begehrt - vor allem viele Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Fußläufig kannst du wunderbar bei Netto, Aldi oder etwas weiter entfernt Rewe einkaufen gehen. Wenn es mal schnell gehen muss, ist direkt gegenüber ein Späti, der ein tolles regionales/bio Angebot hat. Bus und Bahn fahren direkt vor der Haustür und mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du zum Augustusplatz nur ca. 10 min. Innenstadt und Hauptcampus sind also super schnell erreichbar. Sowohl in den Osten als auch Westen bist du schnell mit dem Fahrrad und kannst im Clara-Park oder Friedenspark chillen.

Only a four-minute walk from the Karli, you will find everything your heart desires in the immediate vicinity - especially many bars, cafés and restaurants. Within walking distance, you can go grocery shopping at Netto, Aldi or a little further away at Rewe. If you're in a hurry, there's a Späti directly opposite with a great regional/organic selection. Buses and trains run right outside the front door, and it only takes about 10 minutes to get to Augustusplatz by bike. The city centre and main campus are within easy reach. You can get to the east and west quickly by bike and chill out in Clara Park or Friedenspark.
Deine potentiellen Mitbewohner sind Anastasia (24) und Pia (24). Beide studieren hier in Leipzig.
Anastasia schreibt gerade ihr Bachelor-Arbeit in Biologie und als waschechte Biologin hat sie natürlich eine beeindruckende Sammlung an Pflanzen. Außerdem kocht und backt sie gern. Es kann also gut vorkommen, dass man mal Nachmittags ein Stückchen Kuchen bekommt.
Pia studiert Communication Management und ist momentan noch für ein Auslandssemester in Belgien. Sie kommt allerdings im August zurück. Auch sie steht gern in der Küche probiert gerne diverse Rezepte aus.
Beide haben durch das Studium tagsüber oft zu tun, aber Abends trifft man sich gern in der Küche für ein Glässchen Wein und plaudert über dies und jenes. Gerne gibt es mal auch einen Ausflug um eine Runde Tischtennis zu spielen oder im Sommer bei einem kühlen Eis den Unistress zu entkommen. Alles in allem ist es jedoch ziemlich unkompliziert. Wenn du mal etwas mehr Privatsphäre oder Zeit für dich brauchst ist das gar kein Problem. Für Ordnung sorgt ein Putzplan und Grundnahrungsmittel wie Mehl oder Öl werden geteilt.

You will live with Anastasia (24) and Pia (24). Both are studying here in Leipzig.
Anastasia is currently writing her Bachelor-thesis in Biology and as a good biologist she has a ton of plants. Additionally she loves cooking and baking. Therefore it can happen well that you get a piece of cake in the afternoon.
Pia is studying Communication Management. She is currently in Belgium but she will be back in August. She also likes cooking and trying out various recipes in the kitchen.

Da mit mir auch der Internetvertrag "auszieht", habt ihr durchaus auch die Chance die 50Mbit aufzustocken. Bisher sind wir aber auch damit gut klargekommen.
Wenn du Lust hast uns mal ein bisschen näher kennzulernen, schreib einfach eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über dich selbst. [Je nach aktueller Corona-Lage und deinem Wohnort würden die Gespräche eventuell online stattfinden.]
PS. Wir versuchen auf Nachrichten so schnell wie möglich zu reagieren. Allerdings haben wir momentan alle viel zu tun, wunder dich deshalb bitte nicht, wenn wir ein paar Tage brauchen.
