My former (loved) room, of course, is quite small but because of the doors that lead to the balcony, very bright and it is much bigger. The balcony goes out to a green courtyard, which is surprising for the location and is shared with a roommate. As it is very sunny, easy tomatoes, basil and other herbs can be planted.
In the room I leave a 1.40 m bed (which can be converted to the sofa), a desk and a dresser, so all you need :)
The room is heated over the floor, which makes it very cozy in winter and there is an electric roller blind.
Mein ehemaliges (geliebtes) Zimmer, ist natürlich recht klein aber wegen der Türen, die auf den Balkon führen, sehr hell und es kommt einem deutlich größer vor. Der Balkon geht auf einen, für die Lage überraschend, grünen Innenhof hinaus und man teilt ihn sich mit einer Mitbewohnerin. Da er sehr sonnig ist, lässt sich easy Tomaten, Basilikum und andere Kräuter anpflanzen.
Im Zimmer hinterlasse ich ein 1,40 m Bett (das sich zum Sofa umfunktionieren lässt), einen Schreibtisch und eine Kommode, also alles was man braucht :)
Das Zimmer wird über den Fußboden geheizt, was es im Winter sehr gemütlich macht und es gibt ein elektrisches Rollo.
As far as the situation is concerned, it is hardly possible in a central way. You come to the main railway station, Sendlinger Tor or Stachus in five minutes. By bicycle (which can be locked in the courtyard), you can quickly cycle to the Glockenbachviertel, to the Isar, to the Südfriedhof, to the Uni or the English Garden.
Was die Lage angeht, ist zentraler wohl kaum möglich. Man kommt in fünf Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, Sendlinger Tor oder Stachus. Mit dem Fahrrad (das sich im Innenhof absperren lässt) kann man mal eben schnell ins Glockenbachviertel, an die Isar, zum Südfriedhof, in die Uni oder den Englischen Garten radeln.
Our WG is multicoloured, with a start-up founder (which is currently in San Francisco), a mechanical engineering student, a biotechnology doctoral student and an IT professional. We have a cozy living room where cards or board games are played and once a week everyone who wants to come together boulders:)
Unsere WG ist bunt durchgewürfelt, mit einem Startup-Gründer (der dafür gerade in San Francisco ist), einer Maschinenbau-Studentin, einem Biotechnologie Doktoranden und einem IT-ler. Wir haben ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, wo gerne Karten oder Brettspiele gespielt werden und einmal die Woche geht jeder, der mitkommen will zusammen bouldern :)
There are two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher and a kitchen, with everything you need.
