I am subletting my room in our shared apartment from 16.08.2026 to 14.09.2026.

The room itself is about 20 m2. It also has a spacious and bright balcony. It is furnished with one desk, a double bed, a bookshelf, a large wardrobe, and a mirror.

The apartment is 84 m2, was completely renovated in 2016, and is therefore in very good condition. The entire apartment is also equipped with underfloor heating.

The apartment is very centrally located.

The house is only a 1-minute walk from tram lines 20/21, which take you to the city center in about 10 minutes.
The underground station Gern is about 8 minutes on foot.

Shopping facilities and various leisure options (e.g., Dantebad, Taxigarten beer garden) are located in the neighborhood.

The Olympic Park is on the other side of the street.
Parking is available in front of the building depending on the time of day (no resident permit required).
The availability of underground parking spaces in the building can be clarified with the property management.

Currently, we are a girls’ WG and we are currently only looking for a female subtenant.
We are all in our mid-20s, studying and working.

We are not a Zweck-WG, everyone has their own space, but we also enjoy spending time together in kitchen👻

City registration and extension are not possible.
