Der Mitbewohner ist Javi und macht sein Erasmus in München. Er ist ruhig, meistens mit seinem Unileben und seiner Arbeit beschäftigt, aber nimmt gerne an Kochaktionen in der WG teil. Javi ist sehr gesprächsfreudig, offen und entspannt. In der WG herrscht eine freundliche Atmosphäre. Allerdings bleibt er nur bis Ende Februar. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt steht sein Zimmer leer und wird weitervermietet.

Verschiedene Sportstudios wie die Elements Boulderhalle und Body+soul sind ebenfalls in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar.
