An fitted kitchen is part of the apartment and has a dishwasher, fridge and stove with hotplate. There is also a small dining area. Kitchen and cleaning utensils are not available.
A common washing and drying room is available. Also a dry cellar room.
Incident costs include electricity, water, heating.
GEZ & Internet must be paid by the tenants independently. An internet contract has already been concluded by the roommate and amounts to 30 € monthly per tenant.

Das Badezimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne und WC.
Eine Einbauküche ist Bestandteil der Wohnung und besitzt eine Spülmaschine, einen Kühlschrank und einen Herd mit Kochplatte. Ein kleiner Essbereich ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Küchen -und Reinigungsutensilien sind nicht vorhanden.
Ein gemeinschaftlicher Wasch- und Trockenraum steht zur Verfügung. Ebenso ein trockener Kellerraum.
In den Nebenkosten sind Strom, Wasser, Heizung enthalten.
GEZ & Internet müssen von den Mietern eigenständig bezahlt werden. Ein Internetvertrag wurde bereits von der Mitbewohnerin abgeschlossen und beläuft sich auf 30 € monatlich pro Mieter.
