Beautiful WG room near the castle to the sub-rent 🌞 Schönes WG-Zimmer in Schlossnähe zur Untermiete 🌞

The location of the apartment is really top, it is located right next to the castle garden, so you can really get almost anywhere in about five to ten minutes by bike. The city centre is about five minutes by bike and the York Center is about eight minutes away.
I like walking in the castle garden and walking in a few minutes.
Otherwise there is also a bus stop in front of the front door, where the lines 11, 12, 14 and 22 drive.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top, sie liegt direkt neben dem Schlossgarten, sodass man wirklich fast überall in etwa fünf bis zehn Minuten mit dem Fahrrad hinkommt. In die Innenstadt sind es etwa fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und zum York Center braucht man etwa acht Minuten.
Ich gehe super gerne im Schlossgarten spazieren, da ist man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten.
Ansonsten befindet sich auch direkt eine Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür, wo die Linien 11, 12, 14 und 22 fahren.

Lilli (21), Melina (22) and Joris (25) are currently living in the WG. Lilli studies medicine in the 4th semester and meets a lot with friends and likes to go to the gym & swimming.
In the 4th semester, Melina studies Sport & Bio on apprenticeship, plays softball at HSP & Handball in her free time.
Joris studies landscape ecology in the 4th semester and likes to celebrate, hike & to the canal in his spare time. He is WG-Handwerker and WG-Boomer (“Frechheit” ~ Joris).
All three are very funny and we laugh a lot in the WG.
Accordingly, our WG life is also very friendly and we often do what together look like common series, cook together/great or very many spontaneous Yapping sessions 🙂 ↕️

So we are definitely not a purpose WG and it would be good if you also want to live together. However, it is not a problem if you want to withdraw and, for example, have a rest for learning. Dealing with each other is very respectful and if one of us has disturbed something, one could always communicate openly and a solution was found together. I really couldn't have hoped otherwise! In addition, we are all mostly vegetarian/vegan so it would be cool if you are similar to it :)

We are a rather neat WG and have a cleaning plan so that each area of the apartment is cleaned regularly and remains clean.

Aktuell leben Lilli (21), Melina (22) und Joris (25) in der WG. Lilli studiert im 4. Semester Medizin und trifft sich viel mit Freunden und geht gern ins Gym & Schwimmen.
Melina studiert im 4. Semester Sport & Bio auf Lehramt, spielt in ihrer Freizeit Softball beim HSP & Handball.
Joris studiert im 4. Semester Landschaftsökologie und geht in seiner Freizeit gern feiern, wandern & an den Kanal. Er ist WG-Handwerker und WG-Boomer („Frechheit“ ~ Joris).
Alle drei sind sehr funny und wir lachen sehr viel in der WG.
Dementsprechend ist unser WG-Leben auch sehr freundschaftlich und wir machen häufig was zusammen wie gemeinsamem Serien gucken, zusammen kochen/grillen oder sehr vielen spontanen Yapping Sessions 🙂‍↕️

Wir sind also definitiv keine Zweck-WG und es wäre also gut, wenn du auch Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben hast. Es ist aber auch gar kein Problem, wenn man sich mal zurückziehen und beispielsweise zum Lernen seine Ruhe haben möchte. Der Umgang miteinander ist sehr respektvoll und wenn einen von uns etwas gestört hat, konnte man es immer offen kommunizieren und es wurde gemeinsam eine Lösung gefunden. Ich hätte es mir wirklich nicht anders wünschen können! Außerdem ernähren wir uns alle überwiegend vegetarisch/vegan also wär‘s cool, wenn du da auch ähnlich drauf bist :)

Wir sind eine eher ordentliche WG und haben einen Putzplan, sodass jeder Bereich der Wohnung regelmäßig geputzt wird und sauber bleibt.

In the courtyard there is a large covered bicycle parking space, so your bike is always well protected from wind and weather.
In addition, I still rent the parking space for 60€ a month, if you want, you could also rent it, otherwise I will rent it again separately:)

Im Innenhof gibt es einen großen überdachten Fahrradstellplatz, sodass dein Fahrrad immer gut vor Wind und Wetter geschützt ist.
Außerdem miete ich noch den Parkplatz für 60€ im Monat, wenn du möchtest, könntest du den also auch mitmieten, ansonsten vermiete ich den noch separat weiter :)
