Das Zimmer, das ich zunächst für 1 Jahr untervermiete, ist 14,36 m² groß und hat ein Fenster nach Osten. Wenn man es aufmacht und rausschaut, sieht man die Festung Hohensalzburg. Das Zimmer ist frisch gestrichen und hat Laminatboden und neue Elektrik. Möblieren kannst Du es nach deinem eigenen Geschmack.
Im Bad ist Platz für eine Waschmaschine es gibt aber auch Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen im Waschkeller. Dort ist auch Platz für ein Fahrrad.

Die Wohnung liegt rd 8 Minuten zu Fuß vom Salzburger Hbf entfernt. Supermärkte und das Einkaufszentrum am Hbf sind nah. Lokale ebenfalls.

Ich bin 27 und arbeite im Wellnessbereich.
Die Wohnung habe ich gemietet und komplett renoviert Ich habe jetzt aber woanders einen Job gefunden und bin deshalb selten da. Damit die Wohnung nicht leer steht, vermiete ich das Schlafzimmer für ein Jahr unter. Je nachdem wie es sich bei mir beruflich entwickelt und ob es passt mit uns, kann ich mir auch vorstellen den Mietvertrag zu verlängern.

Mir ist sehr wichtig, dass in der Wohnung keinesfalls geraucht wird. Für Haustiere ist die Wohnung auch nicht geeignet.
Ich lebe vegan und würde mich deshalb freuen, wenn Du auch vegan bist (jedenfalls nicht exzessiv Fleisch in unserer Küche brutzelst).
