The room is 25m2 large (4.65 x 5.4 meters), equipped with wooden parquet, stucco decoration, high ceiling and wallpaper and can be walked separately.

The apartment itself has 96 m2 and is located on the 2nd floor.
It is fully equipped (including washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). The bathroom (shower and bathtub), a separate walk-in toilet with outdoor windows, kitchen, anteroom and a cellar compartment are used together. It is heated over an old continuous fire oven, with an electric heater, which I hardly use.

Good location: Near Westbahnhof, Stadthalle, U3 and U6. The main library, the Stadthallenbad and many shopping and parks are nearby.

The monthly rent for the room includes everything (power, water, heating, internet). The deposit is 2-month rentals. Visit now possible.

I am a 35-year-old engineer in the motorcycle/bicycle industry, coming from England and now live in Vienna for five years. An interesting, quiet and tidy person is wanted, who wants to share this wonderful apartment with me as a 2nd WG.
I appreciate a pleasant WG life, a friendly handling and identity very much. I like to spend time with each other, but also flexibility and independence are important to me – so that everyone can continue to make their own thing.

Das Zimmer ist 25m2 groß (4,65 x 5,4 Meter), ausgestattet mit Holzparkett, Stuckverzierung, hoher Decke und Tapete und ist getrennt begehbar.

Die Wohnung selbst hat 96 m² und befindet sich im 2. Stock.
Sie ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, usw.). Gemeinsam genutzt werden das Badezimmer (Dusche und Badewanne), ein separat begehbares WC mit Außenfenster, die Küche, der Vorraum und ein Kellerabteil. Geheizt wird über einen alten Dauerbrandofen , wobei es zusätzlich eine Elektroheizung gibt, die ich aber kaum benutze.

Gute Lage: In der Nähe vom Westbahnhof, der Stadthalle, U3 und U6. Die Hauptbücherei, das Stadthallenbad sowie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parks befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die monatliche Miete für das Zimmer inkludiert alles (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet). Die Kaution beträgt 2-Monatsmieten. Besichtigung ab sofort möglich.

Ich bin ein 35-jähriger Ingenieur in der Motorrad-/Fahrradbranche, komme aus England und wohne mittlerweile seit fünf Jahren in Wien. Gesucht wird eine interessante, ruhige und ordentliche Person, die sich mit mir diese wunderbare Wohnung als 2er WG teilen möchte.
Ich schätze ein angenehmes WG-Leben, einen freundlichen Umgang und Ordentlichkeit sehr. Ich verbringe gerne Zeit miteinander, doch sind mir auch Flexibilität und Unabhängigkeit wichtig – sodass jede*r weiterhin sein/ihr eigenes Ding machen kann.
