Aufgrund meines Studiums muss ich nun die kleine Wohnung verlassen und suche einen Nachmieter. Sie hat 1 1/2 Zimmer (Die Küche ist nicht räumlich getrennt). Dazu kommt noch ein Balkon. Im Bad ist eine Dusche.
Noch stehen einige Möbel drin (Bett, Wohnwand, Glastisch, Schuhschrank) und auch Geschirr und eine Waschmaschine. Wenn hiervon etwas gebraucht wird kann es gerne übernommen werden, ansonsten muss ich es anders los werden.
Zur Uni sinds zu Fuß 2 Minuten. Zur FH braucht man mit der Tram 5 Minuten.
Zu einem Penny dauert es vllt 10 Sekunden (direkt nebenan) und ein Edeka ist in 1 Minute erreicht. Ansonsten ist im Univiertel eigentlich alles was man täglich braucht direkt per Fuß erreichbar, Post, Sparkasse, etc

Einziehen könnte man ab sofort, aber wenns erst später sein soll auch gerne später (nur je früher ich raus bin, desto früher zahle ich keine Miete mehr..;D)
