This is a fully furnished sublet by owner.
A lease contract in line with the German laws can be provided, and you can use the address for the registration.

move-in date: between Jan 2 and Jan 5
move-out date: April 7 OR July 1 OR July 15

Please contact me only if you would accept fixed terms. You will not be able to cancel the contract earlier and it cannot be prolonged beyond July 15

The apartment is NOT suitable for sharing (WGs)

It is BEST suited for singles and couples, if with children: one child of any age and a baby.

The apartment is in the second floor, no neighbors above. Very quiet, bright and sunny, recently renovated.

There are 2 bedrooms (a master one and a smaller one), a living room and a fully equipped dine-in kitchen.

The normal-speed wi fi is included in the rent, but the electricity bill is not.
I will charge 50 Euros per month for electricity and will recalculate it after the rental period according to the actual consumption.

Furniture and equipment (it is not a full list, but al essentials are listed):

Kitchen: induction cooker, dishwasher, full size fridge with a fresh zone, oven, NO microwave. Dishes and cooking utilities.

Master bedroom (20 m2): bed 160x200, drawers, wardrobe, balcony

Smaller bedroom (14 m2): bed 100x200, drawers, small desk

Living-room (20 m2): couch, sofa, armchair, table (can be used as a desk)

Bathroom (much space, 8 m2, but no window): bathtub, washer

NO TV!!!!

Very quiet and family friendly location in Adlershof, 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station.
