My home is 47m2 big, very cosy, with 2 rooms, plus a kitchen + a bathroom. It is a beautiful Altbau flat, with nice wooden floor. It is located on the first floor in the back house, very quiet, with friendly and chilled neighbours around. I regularly sleep with my windows open in the summer. And I spend a lot of time working from home, so I make sure my home is tidy, welcoming and relaxing.
The rental dates are a bit flexible, something around March 15th to May 30iest would be ideal. The total rent for these 2,5months weeks is 2100€ (=840€ per month). In addition to that I would also like to have a security deposit of 250 € which I will of course refund immediately after your stay.
The apartment is fully furnished with a double bed, a writing desk, a closet for cloths and lots of book shelfs in the bedroom, a sofa (also suitable for sleeping), a big wooden working table, lots of chairs and a soulful black piano + 2 guitars in the living room. And then of course a fully equipped kitchen (w. stove, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher etc.) and a bathroom (w. shower). The apartment was renovated in 2014 and is in very good conditions.
My flat is literally in the heart of the city and it’s lively famous Kreuzberg district. It is close to the train stations Mehringdamm U6/U7 and in walking distance to Yorckstr (S1/S2/S25 trains) and U1 (Moeckernbruecke) and a few busses, too - so it is super easy to get around quickly in the city.
The flat itself is located on Grossbeerenstr, a calm and beautifully spacious street with lots of old houses. Although in the heart of things, it is very quiet itself, only 2 min away from all the bars, restaurants, grocery and little old fashioned shops and streets that this neighbourhood called „Bergmannkiez" is famous for. I really like living here, in this part of Kreuzberg. There are two great parks around, the romantic Victoria Park and the urban green Gleisdreieckpark.
I would kindly ask you to take care of watering my flowers while I am gone.
But don't worry: they are easy to take care of. :)
And I would like to receive a copy of your passport in advance, please.

Please note that smoking is not allowed in my apartment.
