Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer ins Schlafzimmer, deshalb ist die Wohnung nicht als WG geeignet. Sehr heller Südbalkon, generell helle Wohnung mit Dielenböden. Arbeiteraltbau, d.h. die Decken sind 3 m hoch. Waschmaschine in der Küche vorhanden, Bad mit Wanne und Fenster.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Norden von Tempelhof und der Viktoriapark ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Anbindung an die Busse 104 und 140 in 3 Minuten, an den Bus 248 in 7 Minuten und an den Platz der Luftbrücke in 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
