Ich suche ab Ende Juli einen Nachmieter (oder ein Paar) für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Adlershof.
Die Wohnung ist 52,42 qm groß und hat zusätzlich einen Balkon.
Mein Mann und ich zahlen zurzeit 650€ warm (Strom, Wasser, Gas), die Gesamtmiete wäre natürlich für einen Nachmieter der alleine einziehen würde niedriger.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn Station Adlershof entfernt und Edeka, Netto, D&M, die Post, Apotheken und Ärztehaus sind alle in 5-6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Gegend hat wirklich alles was man braucht.
Der Campus der Humboldt Universität (Instituten für Chemie, Geographie, Informatik, Mathematik, Physik und Psychologie) befinden sich auch in der Umgebung.
Ich kann euch gerne Möbel für eine Abschlagszahlung hinterlassen (z.B. Schrank, Küchenschränke, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine), da wir nach Australien ziehen und wir sowieso alles loswerden müssen.

From the end of July on, I´m looking for a new tenant (single/couple) for my 2 room apartment located in Adlershof. The apartment is 52,42 square m and has a balcony.
My husband and me are paying 650€ warm (electricity, water and gas included) at the moment, but the total rent would obviously be less in case you´re wanting to move in by yourself.
The apartment is near everything you could possibly need, 5 mins from the S-Bahn Station Adlershof, 5-6 mins from Edeka, Netto, D&M, the post office, pharmacies and a health center.
The Campus of the Humboldt University (faculties of chemistry, geography, computer science, maths, physics and psychology) is nearby if you are a prospective student.
I am also looking to get rid of the furniture (eg. closet, kitchen cabinets, fridge and washing machine) for a good price, if you are interested.
