We are looking for a nice couple or two people for WG to take over our contract from August. Our 2 rooms apartment is already furnished and the price includes all the expenses. The contract will be of minimum 3 months up to 12 months renewable. 8 min walking distance to S-Bahn Bellevue, situated in a quite a residential area in Tiergarten. It has a balcony, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave and all the kitchen supplies, perfect for who needs to settle in Berlin for the first months.
The agency requires the following documents:
- ID document
- working contract and payment slips; if in trial period or students they would need a guarantor.
- Mietschuldfreiheitsbescheinigung or reference of your previous landlord
- Schufa (request now) if you are living in Germany for more than a year.
I will organize visits this weekend.

Turmstrasse and Hansaplatz - U9: in few minutes you canm reach Zoo logischer Garten), Ku'damm (lo Shopping più famoso della Capitale) e Rathaus Steglitz (Shopping, lakes, Potsdam)
Bellevue - S5, S7 S75: in few minutes you can reach Zoologischer Garten, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse.
Bus 245 (opposite the apartment building): to and from Hauptbahnhof and Zoologischer Garten.
Bus 187 (opposite the apartment building): to and from Steglitz (Shopping, swimming pool, planetarium, etc.), Wittenbergplatz (KaDeWe, Zoologischer Garten, Ku'Damm), Turmstrasse and other connections
TAXI station Hauptbahnhof : not very far from the apartment (1km)
There is the possibility with 20 eur a month to have also internet.
This is not included in the contract with the agency but since we have a contract that we need to cancel we can arrange to let the internet stay in the apartment since the contract is over.
