Hi there, I will rent my nice sunny apartment for a week. Some info about the flat:
- It is very light and with a lot of sun (once it is out in Berlin) in the bath and kitchen in the morning (east side) and in the bed- and living room in the afternoon (west side)
- So there is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, both with window and a lot of space
- There are two big fully equipped rooms as you can see on the pictures with nice old wood floor
- Actually, there is a small third room, which I would use to store my stuff so it is out of your way and will of course subtract that part from the rent
Location-wise it can't get better than this one in my humble opinion :
- It is right in the heart of Kreuzberg, with a lot of nice restaurants, bars, beautiful stores and concert locations around
- 1min walk to Paul Linke Ufer where you can sit by the water and where all the nice restaurants are
- 2min away from Oranienstrasse, one of the gems in this city with cool bars and concert locations and nice stores
- There is a Bio Supermarket (a bit pricy) in front of the door and a regular supermarket 5min away, and the fresh market on Wednesdays and Saturdays is 5min walking on Maybach Ufer
- Great connection to subway: 2min to Görlizerbahnhof (U1 & U3) or 4min to Kottbusser Tor (U1, U3, U8) and several buses around
- All sightseeing attractions are easy to reach: e.g. wall (east side gallery) in 5min, Brandenburger Gate 15min
