Biete meine wunderschöne Altbau-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an, da ich aus privaten Gründen einige Zeit außerhalb von Berlin verbringen muss.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und hat zusätzlich einen komfortablen Arbeitsplatz mit 2-Monitoren für Home Office. Mit beginnendem Frühjahr kann man dann seine Zeit auf dem Balkon verbringen!
Du wirst selbstverständlich genug Platz in Schränken und Kommoden haben, um dich in den Wochen hier wie zu Hause zu fühlen.
Sie liegt im 4 OG, das heißt niemand trampelt oben rum :-)! Das Haus selbst ist sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist deutlich größer, als auf den Fotos zu sehen - mehr Details dann gerne per Videocall oder Besichtigung.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein - abseits vom Trubel der Turmstraße, jedoch mit den guten Anbindungen an Busse, U9 und der S-Bahn (Belluevue bzw. Tiergarten). Das Westfälische Viertel lädt zum verweilen ein, man ist schnell an der Spree und kann dort in Ruhe seine Pause genießen.
Bitte keine Partymenschen - das Haus ist ruhig und die Bewohner sind schon älter.
