Nice sunny old style flat with 2 large sunny rooms for 4-5 month (maybe longer)

I sublease my nice old style apartment in Berlin Charlottenburg with approx. 64sqm from mid of November for at least 4–5 month. Its partly equipped with all the stuff that you need (tables, cupboard, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, build in kitchen, equipped bathroom etc.) and of course Wifi ;)
I am on a business trip and without a fixed return - I might stay longer and maybe even move out from this flat. In this case I would recommend you to the landlord.

The flat
Old style flat with high rooms and ornamented ceiling. Approx. 64sqm, 2 large rooms (connected with a large double wing door) on the second floor. Friendly and calm neighbourhood. Kitchen has 10–12sqm and is equipped with build in kitchen, fridge, table + 2 chairs, cooking stove, washing machine and dish washer. Small bathroom with shower and toilet.
Large living room and bed room with wooden floor. I will remove all my private stuff except most of the furniture. Cutlery, pots and crockery would be available as well - Let’s speak what you need. Wifi is included.

I am look for a friendly couple or single person that uses the flat and my stuff with care and respect. The flat is big enough for 2 but due to the large double wing door flat share doesn’t make sense. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. The area here is nice and calm, the house not noisy but it’s an old building and the walls are not soundproof. Therefor it’s better to go out for parties - the connection to the wild places in Berlin is easy.

Costs
Total costs is around 700€ incl. all costs (internet, subtenancy surcharge that the landlord demands, warm water, electricity etc.)

Deposit
1400€

. Copy of passpord or ID
. Copy of income proof (last 3 month)
. proof that you are free from rent arrears

Location
Flat is located in Nordhauser Straße, close to Mierendorffplatz. Very green and calm area with the castle around the corner and plenty of grocery shopping opportunities nearby. Plenty of buses, Subway-station very close, the Ringbahn is 10 min walk. From Mierendorfplatz you are in 25 min in the middle of Kreuzberg. Tegel Airport is 10 min by bus.
