Hallo zusammen,

ich biete ein großes Apartment in einer sehr ruhig gelegenen Nachbarschaft in Lichtenberg (Berlin) an.
Die Wohnung hat eine Größe von 52 m² und verfügt über einen Keller (8 m²).
Sie ist ausgestattet mit einem großzügig geschnittenen Balkon, einem großen Badezimmer, einem Wohnzimmer (18 m²), einem Schlafzimmer (10 m²) und einer geräumigen Küche. In dieser könnte man zB auch ein Fahrrad unterbringen.

Das Apartment ist nur 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station Friedrichsfelde entfernt und in 30 Minuten ist man im Zentrum.
Bittet beachtet, dass die Wohnung ist nur für zwei Monate verfügbar ist (1. Oktober 2017 bis 29. November 2017).

Die wohnung ist UNMÖBILIERT !!!
Die Besichtigung wird an zwei Tagen stattfinden:
29. September 2017: 18:00-21:00 Uhr
30. September 2017: 11:00-15:00 Uhr

Falls Interesse an einer Besichtigung besteht, sendet mir doch eine kurze Nachricht zu, zu welcher Zeit ihr gerne kommen möchtet.

Nehmt folgende Dokumente mit:
1. Schufa (request now)
2. Gehaltsnachweis der letzten drei Monate oder Bankkontoauszüge, die eine Zahlungsfähigkeit bestätigen
3. Personalausweis oder Reisepass
4. Foto
5. Visa (für Nicht-Europäer)

Die finale Entscheidung wird direkt am 30. September getroffen. Der Vertrag kann noch am gleichen Tag oder am 1. Oktober unterzeichnet werden.

I offer a big apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood of Lichtenberg (Berlin).
The apartment is 52sqmts and comes with a keller (8sqmts).
The apartment has a big balcony, a big toilette, one living room (18 Sqmts) and one bedroom (10 sqmts) and a huge kitchen. One can even park a bike in the kitchen.

The apartment is 5 mins walk from an ubahn station (friedrichsfelde) and 30 mins away to city center.
The apartment is available for 2 months (1st October 2017 till 29th November 2017) only!
The viewing will take place on two days:
29th September 2017 from 6pm- 9pm
30th September 11 am- 3 pm.

Interested people can send me a message of confirmation for the viewing and the tentative time.
Please bring the following documents with:
1. Schufa (request now)
2. Last 3 months of salary or bank account details showing enough funds.
3. A passport id
4. Photo
5. Visa (for non-eu people)

The final decision will be taken on 30th itself and the contract will be signed on 30th September or 1st of October.
