I am subletting my apartment for the period from 6th. MARCH to 3rd. of MAY. The move out date is flexible given due notice. The apartment itself is of a large bedroom. and a spacious living room well equipped with everything one might need, TV, sofa, coffee table and a desk. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking ware, pans, pots, plates and cutlery.
The price is 1500€ per month, including all costs such as heating, electricity, internet, insurance and TV taxes.

The apartment itself is in a very lively and central area of berlin with boxhagenerplatz a 5-min walk away, U frankfurter tor and U samariterstr within 4-mins of the apartment from there it is just a 7-min ride to alexanderplatz and so on. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance, This is simply the best location in Berlin.

Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in einem sehr lebendigen und zentralen Gebiet von Berlin, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Boxhagener Platz entfernt. Die U-Bahn-Stationen Frankfurter Tor und Samariterstraße sind jeweils 4 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Von dort aus sind es nur 7 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz und so weiter. Zahlreiche Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Dies ist einfach die beste Lage in Berlin.
