Die moderne Wohnung (das Haus ist Ende der 90er Jahre gebaut) hat 2 Zimmer.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit der offenen Küche verbunden. Das Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer.
Vom Wohnzimmer geht auch das Schlafzimmer und der Balkon ab. Daneben findet sich in der Wohnung ein recht geräumiger Abstellraum, den wir als begehbaren Kleiderschrank genutzt haben.
Es gibt einen sehr schönen Innenhof mit Bänken und Bäumen,
einen Fahrradkeller, Wäschekeller und einen privaten Keller.
Zur Wohnung gehört eine Einbauküche mit Herd/Backofen.

The modern appartement (built during the 1990s) consists of two rooms, one of them connected to the kitchen and you need to pass this room to get into the other one – not suitable as shared flat though.
There is a kitchen. It belongs to the flat and has a stove/oven.
The building has a beautiful courtyard.
There are also cellars for bikes, laundry and a private one.
Die Krautstraße ist sehr ruhig und der U-Bhf Strausberger Platz gleich um die Ecke.

The station "Strausberger Platz" U5 is very close. But the Krautstraße is quiet.
