ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine schöne teilmöblierte 1 Zi Wohnung im Friedrichshain. Die helle Wohnung liegt im 1.Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der Ebertystrasse. S-Bahn und Tram Landsberger sowie ein Supermarkt sind ca 10min entfernt. Der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist in 5min erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert (Küche mit Spüle, Kühlschrank, Regale, Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Regal, Zimmer mit Couch, Bett, Kleiderschrank und Regal; alles vom Vermieter gestellt ohne Abschlag). Auf Wunsch können auch eigene Möbel mitgebracht werden. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für Studenten und Berlin Starter die eine unkomplizierte Bleibe suchen in einem angesagten Bezirk. Cafes und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bei Interesse bitte per Mail melden und die wichtigsten Infos mitsenden (wenn möglich Schufa (request now) , Gehaltsbescheinigung, Vormieterbestätigung). Ich mache dann gesondert einen Besichtigungstermin und leite die Daten an den Eigentümer weiter.

S-Bahn and Tram Landsberger Allee as well as a super market are 10min away. The Volkspark Friedrichshain is only 5min away. The flat is furnisched (Kitchen: Fridge, Sink, Bathroom with Washing mashine, shower, storage rack Living room with Couch, bed, cupbord for clothes). Own equipment can be added after agreement of the owner. The appartement is well suited for students or Berlin starters who search for an uncomplicated flat in a lovely area where they can start immediately. In the environment lots of Cafes and Restaurants are located making it easy to get some food at any time.
