Schöne 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in Friedrichshain zur Zwischenmiete

Hallo,
wir haben unsere 2-Raum-Wohnung im Friedrichshain zur Zwischenmiete ab sofort bis Jahresende frei. Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Altbau gelegen, 65qm groß und hat einen Balkon. Sie ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Couch, eingerichteter Küche, Badewanne, 50 Mbit Internet Flat (+Fritz-Box) und TV. Leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine aber einen sehr sauberen Waschsalon in 4min Fußweg. Das Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, weshalb die Wohnung eher für ein Paar oder eine Einzelperson als eine WG in Frage kommt. Sie liegt am Comeniusplatz, Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind kaum zählbar und ÖPNV jeder Art ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Wir suchen ein*e oder mehrere entspannte und möglichst ruhige Zwischemieter*innen, denen wir bedenkenlos unsere Wohnung anvertrauen können. Bei Fragen einfach melden.

Hi,
we are subletting our 65qm 2-bedroom-apartment at Comeniusplatz in Friedrichshain from now through December. It is situated in a nice area with bars, restaurants and shops of all kind en masse and well connected to all kinds of public transport. The apartment is fully furnished including a queen-size bed, desk, couch, TV, full kitchen and bathroom. It has a balcony, a bathtub and highspeed wifi (50Mbit). A coin laundry is 4 min around the corner.
We are looking for one or two laid-back and quiet subleasers we can give our apartment in trust. As the living room is a two-door-room, the apartment is rather suitable for a couple or a single person but you can also switch the couch into a queen-size bed if needed.
