Wir (unsere 2er WG) arbeiten für 2 Monate im Ausland und möchten derweil unsere voll ausgestattete Wohnung in F-Hain untervermieten. :-)
Hinweis: Uns ist bewusst wie schwierig der Wohnungsmarkt in Berlin derzeit ist, die angezeigte Miete deckt unsere effektiven Kosten (inkl. Internet, Strom, Wärme, Möbel) - wir verdienen hier kein Geld.
Authentischer Berliner Altbau mit 3 Schlafzimmern plus großem Wohnzimmer (angeschlossener Küche) sowie einem Tageslichtbadezimmer. Eines der Schlafzimmer nutzen wir derzeit als home office, kann aber schnell in ein drittes Schlafzimmer transformiert werden bei Bedarf. Die Wohnung selbst überblickt 2 Hinterhöfe und nicht die geschäftige Simon-Dach-Str. selbst. :-) Sie ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man zum entspannten Leben braucht (inkl. Reisschnellkocher, Waschmaschine, Trockner, 50MBit VDSL, großer Kühlschrank, Homeoffice mit Tischen + 2 Externen Monitoren, Drucker, etc). Als Miete verlangen wie 1600 Euro / monatlich warm, was nur einen Minimalaufschlag für die Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände enthält (wir verdienen hier kein Geld). Als Kaution möchten wir eine Monatsmiete, die nach Rückgabe der Wohnung zurückgezahlt wird.
Eine kurzfristige Besichtigung (falls gewünscht) ist möglich. :-)

Typical apartment in Berlin with three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is now used as an office but can easily be transformed into a third bedroom if needed. The apartment overlooks the front yard and is fully furnished and provided with all the utensils one may need. Rent is 1600 euro a month, bills included. The amount of one month rent is required as down payment.

F-Hain ist ein lebensbunter Treffpunkt für Neu- und Altberliner, mit vielen Cafes, Bars und tollen Restaurants. Jedes Wochenende gibt es am Boxhagener Platz einen schönen Markt, mit frischem Essen und interessanten zweite Hand Möbeln. Allerhand Verkehrsmittel sind fussläufig erreichbar, mit der S-/U-Bahn Warschauerstrasse kommt man schnell überall hin. Das RAW Gelände mit vielen Sportoptionen (Bouldern, Skaten, Schwimmen) ist 4 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Das Nachtleben mit vielen Bars und Clubs ist üppig.

Friedrichshain is a meeting point for the people of Berlin and tourists as well. A melting pot for the typical Berlin residents and the so called hipsters. This diversity is made clear by the many clubs, restaurants and bars of the neighbourhood. Every weekend you can also go to the neighbourhood market which is rather close. The apartment is near the M10 tram line, the S-Bahn station and the subway station of Warschauerstrasse. There are also many buses easily connecting the neighbourhood with the rest of the city. The famous RAW Area is also close, which is perfect for those who love sports such as bouldering, skating or swimming. At night many young people reach the neighbourhood to enjoy Friedrichshain night life.

Mein Mitbewohner und ich verreisen für 3 Monate beruflich ins Ausland und vermieten daher unsere Wohnung für 2 Monate unter, da wir uns des derzeitigen Engpasses an Wohnung in Berlin bewusst sind. Da dies nur eine relativ kurze Untermiete bedeutet ist es nicht möglich unsere Wohnung als Meldeaddresse zu verwenden oder die Klingelschilder zu ändern.
Bei Interesse meldet euch bei uns (wir sind recht vielsprachig unterwegs) und wir besprechen die Einzelheiten.
PS: Rauchen ist OK aber bitte nur in der Küche.
